Great Halloween Treats for the Caro Garden Club
The Caro Garden Club allocated money for candy for the Trunk or Treat event at the Caro Farmers Market October 30, but the club got some great treats in return.
With 300-plus children and their parents attending, our club distributed all of its Holiday Greens Sale order forms and Youth Sculpture workshop forms. Great payoff in publicity!
Many thanks to Kathy Sauber, Toni Wilding and Melody Crossett for decorating a car trunk and getting into costume. And kudos to club member Lauren Amellal, Caro Farmers market director and coordinator, for making the event a success for all.
